We are based in the Netherlands, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to us. We also follow the principles of Canada's PIPEDA when we handle information from Canadian visitors and clients.
What we collect
When you use the application form, we collect your name, email address, company and the details you choose to add: website, phone, service, budget range, timing and your message. Our web server also records technical data such as your IP address for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
- To respond to your application and schedule a strategy session, at your request.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
- To meet legal record-keeping obligations if we enter into an agreement.
Where it is stored and for how long
Your information is processed by us and by our hosting and email providers, which may store data outside Canada, in the European Union. Applications that do not lead to a project are deleted no later than twelve months after our last contact. Business records are kept as long as the law requires.
